Responsibilities Deal a range of casino table games such as blackjack,blackjack，Texas hold'em, Baccarat and other popular games with accuracy and confidence Enforce casino game rules and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards at all times Manage casino cash handling procedures responsibly, including chip exchanges and payouts Maintain the integrity of game operations by monitoring for suspicious activity or rule violations Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Use table game accessories effectively to facilitate gameplay and ensure smooth operations Collaborate with team members to uphold casino policies and support overall table games operations Requirements Proven experience dealing casino table games, especially blackjack，Texas hold'em, Baccarat with a strong understanding of game rules and procedures Demonstrated conflict management skills to handle disputes or difficult situations calmly and professionally Solid knowledge of casino operations regulatory compliance and cash handling protocols Strong mathematical aptitude and numeracy skills for accurate calculations during gameplay and payouts Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining focus on game integrity Basic understanding of casino accessories used during table games to facilitate smooth play Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences while ensuring fair play in a lively casino environment.
