In this role, you will be responsible for dealing poker games with precision, ensuring a fair and enjoyable environment. Your energetic approach will help foster a lively atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of casino game integrity and regulatory compliance. As a key player in our casino operations, you will deliver exceptional guest service, manage cash and chips accurately, and uphold the integrity of all table games. Duties Deal poker games efficiently and accurately, following established casino procedures and game rules Maintain a lively and professional demeanor to enhance guest experience and engagement Ensure strict adherence to casino game integrity rules and regulatory compliance at all times Handle cash, chips, and betting transactions with precision, ensuring accurate accounting of all table activity Manage casino table accessories such as cards, chips, and betting equipment to facilitate smooth gameplay Resolve conflicts or disputes at the table promptly using conflict management skills while maintaining a positive environment Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure seamless game flow and guest satisfaction Experience Prior experience dealing poker or other casino table games is highly preferred Knowledge of casino game rules, especially poker variants, blackjack, craps, and other popular table games Strong understanding of casino operations regulatory compliance requirements Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Basic math skills and numeracy to handle cash handling, chip calculations, and game payouts accurately Experience managing conflicts effectively in a fast-paced environment is a plus Familiarity with casino cash handling procedures and use of table games accessories is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable gaming experiences!
