Job Summary Join our team as a Poker Dealer, where you will bring excitement and professionalism to our poker club. In this role, you will be responsible for dealing poker games with precision, ensuring a fun and fair experience for all guests. Your energetic approach and keen attention to detail will help create an engaging environment that keeps players coming back. You will uphold the highest standards of game integrity, regulatory compliance, and guest service excellence, making every game smooth and enjoyable. Duties Deal poker games accurately and efficiently, maintaining the flow of play while adhering to house rules and procedures Verify and enforce game rules, ensuring fair play and resolving disputes with professionalism Handle cash and chips responsibly, maintaining accurate records of all transactions Monitor game activity for signs of cheating or irregularities, taking immediate action if needed Engage with guests in a friendly, respectful manner to enhance their gaming experience Maintain all table accessories and ensure the gaming area is clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding game status, issues, or incidents Skills Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes calmly and effectively Previous poker dealing experience preferred Deep understanding of game integrity rules and regulatory compliance standards Proficiency in dealing poker with accuracy and confidence Excellent basic math skills and numeracy to manage chips, bets, payouts, and calculations swiftly Knowledge of operations regulatory compliance and cash handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for guests Effective communication skills to interact clearly with players and team members Ability to manage poker table accessories efficiently during gameplay Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences while maintaining the integrity of our game operations. Pay:
