Experience While previous casino experience is not required, candidates should possess or be willing to develop skills in: Conflict management and guest services to handle diverse guest interactions positively. Casino game rules, especially for blackjack dealing and casino table games operations. Basic math skills including numeracy for chip counting, payouts, and cash handling.
