$7.15/HR. + Tips. (Poker Dealer)
RATE OF PAY
$8.15/HR. + Tips. (Table Games Dealer) •Possible Pay Increase of 0% - 3% After 90 Days.

POKER DEALER:
JOB SUMMARY
Deal accurately and by house rules on assigned tables. Provide friendly, excellent service to every guest.
QUALIFICATIONS
Native American preference. One (1) year previous Poker dealing experience or complete and pass the In-house Dealer Training Program. Must have a clear and distinct speaking voice.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Must have good manual dexterity. Must have the ability to accurately and rapidly deal Poker for one (1) continuous hour with a 20 minute break alternately during the entire shift.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet guests and deal game accurately and rapidly. Handle concerns and questions from guests, forward them to appropriate personnel if necessary. Accurately maintain chip bank while dealing game. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules. St. Croix Chippewa Enterprises reserve the right to make changes to this job description whenever necessary. GAMES DEALER
JOB SUMMARY:
Deals the table games to players according to the rules of thegame and provides excellent, friendly service to every guest player.
QUALIFICATIONS
Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. One (1) year previous dealing experience or completion of the In-House Dealer Training Program. Must have good counting skills. Must have a clear and distinct speaking voice. Must have the ability to get along well with guests and co-workers of all personalities.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Must have good manual dexterity. Must be able to work and maneuver in a confined area of the Pit for the entire shift. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and accurately and rapidly deal game for 60 continuous minutes. Must have the ability to tolerate smoke-filled areas. Must be able to maintain composure and exhibit a pleasant, professional personality in stressful situations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet guests and deals game accurately and rapidly. Deals the appropriate game, according to the rules of the game. Pays winners and collects from losers as dictated by the game dealt. Explains the game in a courteous manner when asked by guests or players. Forwards all complaints and concerns to appropriate personnel. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings.
