The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with expertise in various cooking techniques and styles. As a Hibachi Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals, exciting and entertaining experiences for customers and ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. •Interview process will require a show prepared for owners.• Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus in front of customers. Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory control, food handling, and sanitation practices. Plan and execute catering services for events, including banquets and special occasions. Collaborate with management on menu development, pricing, and food presentation. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards in the kitchen. Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Hibachi Chef or in a similar role within the culinary field. Strong knowledge of food service operations, including inventory control and food handling procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.
