• What You'll Do:

• + Lead kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety w/in a Hospital Setting + Plan menus and oversee meal production for patients, cafe, dr's lounge and catering + Train and develop staff + Manage inventory, food cost, and waste + Maintain sanitation and regulatory compliance

• What You Bring:

• + 3-5+ years of culinary/kitchen management experience + Strong leadership and hands-on approach + High-volume or healthcare/institutional experience preferred + ServSafe (preferred)
