Culinary Director Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary up to $100K Performance bonus Comprehensive healthcare benefits Growth opportunity within an expanding dining group Leadership visibility with ownership Culinary Director Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of executive-level culinary leadership in upscale dining concepts Strong background in scratch kitchens with elevated plating standards Culinary degree required Demonstrated success leading high-performance culinary teams Deep understanding of food cost control, inventory systems, and P&L management Valid food handler certification Willingness to travel between locations as needed Culinary Director Preferred Background & Skills Experience with dry-aging programs and upscale protein fabrication Comfort working within a disciplined brigade structure Culinary Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and standardize all culinary operations across the brand Develop, refine, and execute seasonal menus with focus on seasonality and consistency Oversee vendor relationships and sourcing of premium proteins and seafood Drive food cost discipline while protecting the guest experience Mentor and develop chefs, building a culture of accountability and excellence Implement and enforce training programs around technique, presentation, and hospitality Partner with ownership and operations on strategic growth initiatives Bring your presence, precision, and leadership maturity to a fine dining environment where your culinary vision will shape lasting guest experiences.
