Chef

We are looking for a chef who can do more than cook.

This role is equal parts:

Kitchen leadership Volunteer coordination Mission impact You'll help us serve high-quality meals to the community and help shape a growing culinary space designed to give back to the NWA community.

Job Duties:

Meal Service Leadership (Table 7three) Create simple, scalable, delicious menus with the nutritional needs of our patrons in mind. Lead prep and execution for community meals (100+ servings) Oversee food safety and kitchen organization Work alongside (and lead) volunteers of all skill levels Help create systems that make prep and service run smoother Kitchen Leadership (Olive & Barley) Assist with occasional events and classes Collaborate on ideas that help generate revenue for the mission What we are looking for: Experience in a commercial kitchen (chef, sous chef, or strong equivalent) Ability to cook at scale without overcomplicating things. Strong organizational and leadership skills Reliability and punctualness Comfortable with working with volunteers and teaching Flexible, positive, and creative Someone who believes in the importance of sharing a meal with someone Bonus if you: Love teaching or mentoring Enjoy building systems
