Job Overview Excellent Sous Chef opportunity available in Mesa, Arizona, with pay ranging from $24-26/hour DOE. This is a hands-on role managing daily café operations from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with additional hours available with private events. Will assist the F&B Manager/Chef in kitchen, will oversee day-to-day food preparation, maintain health and safety standards. Help with menu planning/suggestions. Assume full charge of the kitchen when the F&B Manager/Chef is absent. Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role (e.g., Lead Line Cook or Sous Chef). Strong leadership skills with the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
