Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knife skills, knowledge of traditional and modern sushi preparation, and a dedication to food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes Ensure proper handling and storage of fresh seafood and ingredients Maintain a clean and organized workstation Work collaboratively with kitchen staff Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sushi chef or relevant culinary role Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques Excellent knife skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment [
