Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to ensure a positive dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Prepare and serve sushi with precision, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food handling, prep work, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations as needed Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables or kitchen tasks simultaneously during busy hours Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring guest needs are met with professionalism Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; OpenTable experience is beneficial Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations Ability to handle food safely and practice proper sanitation procedures Experience with food preparation, sushi making, or kitchen work is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Familiarity with serving protocols, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and food industry standards Speaking English Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values energy, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
