Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Indo Chinese Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for cooking authentic Indo Chinese dishes that delight our guests and elevate our restaurant's reputation. Your expertise in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management will ensure the delivery of high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. You will be responsible for cooking our signature dishes, maintaining quality and consistency, and helping shape our expanded menu offerings. Duties Prepare, cook, and present a variety of authentic Indo Chinese dishes with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Supervise kitchen operations during shifts, managing food production, food safety standards, and sanitation practices. Oversee inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels for efficient kitchen operations. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing training in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Coordinate with the catering and banquet departments to ensure seamless execution of large-scale events and special menus. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality assurance processes at all times. Manage kitchen schedules, monitor food costs, and ensure timely delivery of orders without compromising quality or presentation. Skills Extensive experience in Indo Chinese cuisine with a strong understanding of traditional recipes and modern culinary techniques. Supervising experience in a high-volume restaurant with team management skills. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse culinary team. Proficiency in menu planning, shift management, kitchen operations, and catering logistics. Knowledge of food handling regulations, dietary considerations, and restaurant management practices.
