Duties Lead the development and execution of creative, high-quality menus tailored to our senior living community's concept, including fine dining and catering services Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth shift management and adherence to food safety standards Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth Manage inventory control, food production, and procurement processes to optimize costs while maintaining top-tier quality Coordinate catering events, ensuring flawless execution from preparation to service Implement food handling procedures and maintain compliance with health regulations across all culinary activities Monitor food presentation, taste, and consistency to excel in the food industry Qualifications Proven experience in dietary management with a strong background in senior living fine dining and cuisine.
