Full-Time / Part-Time Sushi & Wasabi has proudly served the Agoura Hills community for over 30 years from the same location. We are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef who is passionate about Japanese cuisine, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in providing excellent food and customer service. Responsibilities Prepare sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls Maintain food quality and presentation standards Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Support a positive and professional team atmosphere Provide an excellent dining experience for our guests Qualifications Sushi Chef experience preferred Strong knife skills and seafood handling knowledge Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service skills Weekend availability required Schedule Fridays and Saturdays are required work days Sunday will be your designated day off Full-time or part-time schedules available Competitive pay based on experience.
