Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Experience cooking Asian food highly desired. Past experience as a head chef required. Duties Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation, including supervising chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality food production Develop innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept, incorporating dietary considerations and catering to diverse customer preferences Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to guarantee consistency, flavor, and visual appeal in every dish served Implement and monitor food safety sanitizing procedures to uphold health standards and regulatory compliance Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste, optimize costs, and ensure availability of ingredients Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently and overseeing daily operations to meet service demands Supervise banquet, catering, and special event preparations to deliver exceptional service in all hospitality settings Maintain strict adherence to food handling protocols, hygiene standards, and safety regulations across the kitchen Collaborate with the dietary department for special dietary needs or restrictions while maintaining menu integrity Lead efforts in cost control initiatives without compromising quality or guest satisfaction Experience Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment Extensive background in food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams of cooks and kitchen staff effectively Strong knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations in the food industry Experience with inventory management, cost control, and food service operations Familiarity with banquet experience, catering services, and restaurant management practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Background in menu planning, shift management, and hospitality service excellence Prior experience working within a restaurant or hospitality setting that emphasizes quality service and guest satisfaction Join us as we craft extraordinary culinary experiences!
