Executive Pastry Chef

Working alongside a passionate and enthusiastic pastry team, we are seeking a strong leader to lead and coach a dedicated team and ensure high quality pastry and baking operations are mantained. Work for an award-winning luxury hotel group Learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property Exceptional benefits package Key Accountabilities Oversee daily kitchen operations for the pastry department, including staff management, training, scheduling, and inventory control Collaborate closely with leadership teams and other departments to enhance guest experiences, support private events, and drive overall culinary excellence Monitor and evaluate pastry operations through regular quality checks to ensure consistency, efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience General Requirements Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role within the pastry department of a highly regarded hotel or comparable establishment Possess extensive technical expertise in pastry arts, with a strong undersanding of current culinary trends and innovations An open and flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
