English Full Job Description Job Summary:

Little Kiki Katsu & More is seeking a skilled Chef to manage kitchen operations and prepare high-quality Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Asian culinary preparation and the ability to maintain consistency in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, including katsu and related menu items Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Minimum Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Asian culinary preparation Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Compensation:

Starting at $25 per hour
