we are currently hiring for a Sous Chef position. We are looking for a talented individual that can help take our restaurant to another level. Job Description RequirementsFood Handler/ Serve Safe Certified Work directly with the chef on day to day menus Experience in ordering produce/ meat/ fish/ dry goods & chemicals 5+ years experience in fine dining Management Work as a team player Experience running expo and working the line Food knowledge of quality, presentation and flavor Operate in a cleanliness matter Oversee production Training new hires and continued coachin on currstsff Physical Demands Must be able to lift 50lbs Require to stand, walk, sit, and hands on in hours a day. Multi task and direct and the same time Communication is key to succeed in daily operation. Salary will be negotiable during interviews and so as scheduling.
