As a Kitchen Chef, you will be instrumental in menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, and delivering memorable dining experiences that delight our guests. Responsibilities Lead food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations Develop and plan menus that balance creativity with customer preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients Supervise kitchen staff, providing training on food handling, knife skills, and food safety protocols Oversee food safety practices in compliance with health regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Coordinate catering events and special meal services, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to minimize waste while maintaining freshness Maintain high standards of food industry best practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Experience Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments or upscale restaurants Extensive kitchen experience with expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable for understanding special dietary requirements Skilled in menu planning with an eye for detail and creativity to enhance guest satisfaction Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of food service excellence Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications related to food handling and sanitation Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods are essential for this role Join us as a Kitchen Chef and bring your culinary passion to life by creating memorable dining experiences that inspire our guests every day!
