The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite sushi dishes and providing an exceptional culinary experience for our customers. Someone who is able to do nigiri, cut basic fish, rolls. ## Duties
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes following traditional and modern recipes
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Assist in developing new sushi menu items
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations ## Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
