Days/Week Compensation:
Hourly (Based on Experience) + Profit Sharing Potential After 30 Days About the
Position:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Sushi Preparer to join our Fujisan Sushi franchise located inside Stater Bros. Markets in Orange County, CA . This part-time role is ideal for someone with sushi rolling experience who thrives in an independent, structured environment. Minimal customer interaction is required, as the focus is on product preparation, quality, and display.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and roll sushi and other menu items according to Fujisan standards Meet daily product preparation, freshness, and case-filling goals Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards during preparation and display Complete daily prep, cleaning, and quality checks independently Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift Ensure all products are visually appealing and meet inspection requirements
Requirements:
Prior sushi rolling experience required Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (within 8am-5pm window) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
