This role blends production management and culinary artistry. You will contribute creatively, while upholding our culture of excellence, hospitality, consistency, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes, procedures and equipment effeciency standards Assist in menu development by experimenting with new recipes and innovative ideas Maintain operational precision, including inventory management, cleanliness, and organization Uphold strict food safety and handling protocols to ensure a hygienic and compliant environment What We're Looking For Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about excellence in every aspect Creative mindset with an eye for detail, presentation, and quality Follow established recipes and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation Assist with daily production-Support the shop with prep lists, menu changes, and seasonal production needs Operate equipment safely and report any maintenance needs. Contribute to a positive, team oriented kitchen environment. Experience Required Experience within the food industry Proven restaurant or food-service leadership experience is a plus.
