NO FLOP JALLOPS.. We will also be doing some Sicilian style pies. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge & years of hands on pizza-making experience from a-z, including dough making techniques, a deep appreciation for quality ingredients, and a commitment to delivering an authentic, high-quality dining experience. AFTERNOONS
Responsibilities:
Manage kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory, and food safety. Quality control of high volume Pizza making. By the slice, whole pies, etc. Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and high standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team. Passion for authentic, high-quality pizza and food excellence. Knowledge of food safety and kitchen management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Join our family in presenting the best slice in San Diego!
