Responsibilities:

Manage kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory, and food safety. Quality control of high volume Pizza making. By the slice, whole pies, etc. Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and high standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team. Passion for authentic, high-quality pizza and food excellence.
