Duties Develop and execute innovative menus that emphasize nutritious, flavorful ingredients tailored to guests' dietary needs and wellness goals Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all meals Manage inventory control and food ordering to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols throughout all kitchen processes Maintaining high standards of hospitality and service Skills Extensive culinary experience with a focus on healthy cuisine, fine dining, or wellness-focused menus Proven banquet experience and expertise in catering for large groups or special events Knowledge of dietary restrictions and experience in the dietary department or nutrition-focused food planning Deep understanding of food safety regulations, food handling practices, and hospitality standards Experience in restaurant or hospitality management with a focus on food service excellence Skilled in menu planning.
