The ideal candidate will bring a passion for food preparation and a strong background in the food industry, particularly in pizza making, fine dining, or restaurant settings. This role involves preparing high-quality pizzas, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an opportunity to showcase culinary skills and contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to food safety standards and sanitation regulations Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to maintain quality and consistency Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including prep stations, cooking equipment, and utensils Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Assist with meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed Uphold high standards of presentation and flavor in all dishes served Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service, preferably with pizza or fine dining experience Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques Culinary experience with knife skills, meal preparation, and menu planning preferred Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality and sanitation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills Prior experience in catering or serving is a plus Food industry background with kitchen experience is highly desirable This position is integral to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and requires a motivated individual committed to excellence in food preparation.
