Job Description

Fourk Yeah Hospitality is hiring a part-time Sous Chef for our Lincoln location. This is a hands-on kitchen leadership role focused on execution, consistency, teamwork, and maintaining high standards during service. You will work directly with the lead chef to execute rotating menus, support prep and service, and help ensure smooth kitchen operations. This position is ideal for an experienced line cook ready to step up or a Sous Chef who enjoys a chef-led environment with structure and standards. Responsibilities
  • Execute rotating menus with consistency and attention to detail
  • Maintain plating standards, timing, and quality during service
  • Assist with prep, station setup, and kitchen organization
  • Support inventory handling and ingredient prep
  • Follow California food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service execution
  • Assist during special events or higher-volume service nights when needed Qualifications
  • 8+ years of kitchen xp preferred (2+ sous xp preferred)
  • Fine dining, catering, or strong high-volume experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of kitchen workflow and service execution
  • Ability to follow structured menus and recipes consistently
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Food handler certification or ability to obtain Preferred Candidate Traits
  • Calm under pressure
