In this role, you will oversee all aspects of culinary and service excellence, ensuring that our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong background in fine dining, restaurant management, and food service, ready to inspire and manage a talented team while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. Responsibilities Lead the culinary team in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to uphold the highest standards of quality and creativity. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Oversee banquet and catering services, ensuring seamless execution of events with exceptional service delivery. Manage staff schedules, shift management, and team supervision to foster a motivated and efficient work environment. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. Maintain inventory management systems to control costs and reduce waste while ensuring availability of necessary supplies. Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership, preferably within fine dining or similar upscale environments. Extensive banquet experience combined with supervising experience in a hospitality setting. Strong background in food production, kitchen management, and culinary techniques including cooking and food handling. Knowledge of inventory management, menu planning, shift management, and food safety protocols. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Familiarity with catering operations, food industry standards, and restaurant experience is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
