The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fine dining, food production, and kitchen management, with a proven track record of supervising culinary staff and managing high-volume food service operations. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, ensuring exceptional food quality, maintaining strict food safety standards, and fostering a vibrant team environment. Duties Lead the development and execution of creative, high-quality menus tailored to our restaurant's concept and customer preferences Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through efficient food management practices Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and health regulations across all kitchen activities Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver seamless service for special events and large-scale functions Manage shift operations effectively, ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours while maintaining high standards of service Requirements Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting Knowledge of banquet service, catering, and large event food production Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary restrictions management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse culinary team Expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food handling procedures Hands-on experience in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management Excellent understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards within the food industry Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Previous restaurant management experience is highly desirable; bartending skills are a plus Join us as our Head Chef and bring your culinary vision to life!
