Our culinary program emphasizes consistency, execution, and a strong team culture. Position Summary We are seeking a talented and driven Chef to lead the culinary team at our Pasadena location. This role is ideal for a strong kitchen leader who takes pride in execution, builds solid teams, and maintains high standards in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Key Responsibilities Lead all kitchen operations, from prep through service Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met daily Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff Manage food cost, inventory, and labor efficiency Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards Collaborate on menu updates and seasonal changes Work closely with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service Qualifications 3-5+ years in a Chef or senior Sous Chef role (upscale or high-volume preferred) Strong leadership and team development skills Solid understanding of kitchen operations and cost control Ability to perform in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe preferred)
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
