Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience in private club, resort, hotel, fine dining, or upscale hospitality. Strong knowledge of menu execution, sanitation, inventory, ordering, food cost, and waste control. Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead culinary team members in a high-standard service environment. Excellent communication, organization, professionalism, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day culinary operations across la carte dining, banquets, member events, prep, production, and service flow. Support seasonal menu development while maintaining food quality, presentation, consistency, and member satisfaction. Supervise, train, and mentor culinary staff while upholding kitchen organization, safety, sanitation, and health code standards. Collaborate with club leadership and front-of-house teams to deliver a polished and consistent member dining experience.
