This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft exceptional dishes, oversee food preparation, and manage kitchen operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding food experiences. As a key player in our food service operation, you will contribute to creating memorable dining moments for our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring all menu items meet quality standards. Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment. Oversee food production processes, including inventory management, food handling, and portion control to minimize waste and optimize resources. Manage daily kitchen operations, including shift management, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Plan menus in collaboration with management, incorporating dietary requirements and customer preferences to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times. Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for large groups. Experience Proven culinary experience in fine dining settings or high-volume food production environments. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Familiarity with banquet operations, catering services, and event food management. Strong background in inventory control, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices. Experience with menu planning, shift management, and overseeing daily food service operations. Knowledge of the food industry standards related to culinary arts, hospitality service, and restaurant management. Additional skills in bartending or beverage service are considered a plus but are not mandatory.
