Job Description

The Four Corners is looking for a passionate cook who is ready to take ownership of our kitchen. This is more than a typical line cook position. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating great food, takes pride in their work, and wants the opportunity to leave their mark on our menu. While you'll be responsible for consistently executing our existing menu to the highest standards, we also encourage creativity. We welcome new ideas, seasonal specials, and menu enhancements, and we're looking for someone excited to help our kitchen continue to grow. Responsibilities Prepare and execute our current menu with consistency and attention to detail. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness. Develop new menu items and seasonal specials that complement our wine bar atmosphere. Experiment with recipes and flavors while keeping food costs and efficiency in mind. Manage inventory, food preparation, and kitchen organization. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. Work closely with management to refine and expand our culinary offerings. Help create a welcoming, collaborative, and positive kitchen environment. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality. Previous kitchen experience; leadership experience is a plus. Someone who enjoys being creative and isn't afraid to try new ideas. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the kitchen. A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset. Current Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one before starting).
Pay:
$22.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
