• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and banquets

Skills:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, shift management, and kitchen management
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations and fine dining service
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals
• Proficiency in food production techniques and menu planning
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication skills for effective team management
