This role is hands-on in service, ensuring elevated execution, refined plating standards, and disciplined kitchen operations in a high-expectation environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a fine dining environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and hold culinary teams accountable Solid understanding of food cost controls, inventory management, and high-level service execution Responsibilities Support all back-of-house operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards Lead line execution during service while managing prep, scheduling, and kitchen organization Partner with the Chef de Cuisine on menu development, cost control, and team development initiatives
