The ideal candidate has previous sushi restaurant experience and is familiar with the nuances of the craft. The Sushi Chef will assist with daily tasks, including food preparation, and execution of service. Range of pay is $18-$23/hour depending on level of experience/skill. Pay rate does not include cash tips given every pay period.
Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi. Work with others at various levels of responsibility. Prepare and cook food. Prepare sushi ingredients.
Qualifications:
Fine dining or sushi chef experience strongly preferred. Knife skills. Ability to multitask. Minimum two years relevant restaurant experience.
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
