BREAD & CIE IS LOOKING FOR

PASTRY CHEF Bread & Cie Wholesale is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to craft cakes, pies, mousses, gelatins, pastry creams, and macarons, all from scratch.

PAY:

$24.00

POSITION

Full Time SHIFT:

Start time between 3:00 AM-4:00 AM

LOCATION

: Near Tecolote and Old Town Trolley stops; easy access to public transportation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

• Make all delicate pastries for our local café
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently and as part of a team

REQUIREMENTS

:

• Pastry experience preferred (especially in production)
• Attention to quality and detail
• Reliable, flexible schedule
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for entire shift
• Team player, good communicator, willing to learn
• Bilingual a plus; overtime available
