Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Provides a quality product that is timely, fresh, and meets our standards
- Ensures proper and consistent production of all food products at all times
- Maintains clean and sanitary food preparation and storage areas at all times in accordance with state and local sanitation requirements and codes
- Exemplify leadership qualities that build a cohesive team, motivates the kitchen staff, and helps to achieve the restaurant's goals
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Two years of experience in restaurants, tasting menu experience a plus
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively both written & oral
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines We are an equal opportunity employer.
