This position is heavily focused on expo, line cooking, communication, and helping lead service alongside the chef team. Ideal for a strong line cook looking for their first real management opportunity, this role is fast-paced and hands-on, with opportunities to grow leadership, organization, and team management skills in a professional kitchen environment. Located in the heart of San Francisco, Spruce is a long-standing fine dining restaurant focused on refined California-French cuisine, hospitality, and seasonality. Our kitchen is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and team driven, with a strong focus on professionalism, growth, and creating an exceptional guest experience. Bacchus Management Group is a boutique Bay-Area based restaurant and hospitality business, specializing in food, wine, spirits, coffee, and consulting.
