• Assistant cakemaker ($24-26/hr + avg $5/hr in tips): bake, prepare buttercream and fillings, decorate simpler cakes
• Cakemaker ($26-28/hr + avg $5/hr in tips): bake cakes, prepare buttercream and fillings, decorate more complex cake
• Senior cakemaker ($28-31/hr + avg $5/hr in tips): bake, prepare fillings, decorate most complex cakes Butter& structures our team as employees, provides high quality health care, and offers free lunch every day.

Butter& is growing quickly, so this role has lots of potential. Our leaders are great coaches and will help you level up as a cakemaker. Butter& is a designer cake shop serving the San Francisco Bay Area since 2017. We're on a mission to make great design more accessible and to be the best employer in the food industry.
