This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of food quality and service that our establishment is known for. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cooking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently. This position requires a blend of culinary expertise and managerial experience, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly while delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet established standards Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance Manage food production processes, ensuring timely preparation and service during peak hours Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels effectively Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Collaborate with the catering team for special events and banquets, ensuring seamless execution Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth Qualifications Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting Strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management Experience with inventory management and control processes Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to interact with team members and guests professionally Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred Join us in creating memorable dining experiences while leading a talented team of culinary professionals!
