Executive Chef SUMMARY:
Our Sous Chefs play a vital role in our culinary operations and utilize their culinary skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients Assisting with cooking and preparing main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing equipment at the end of shifts Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations Work Private Events as assigned by the Leadership team Ability to work a flexible schedule And other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred) 1+ year of hospitality-related experience (preferred) Valid Food Handler's Certification (within first week of employment) Excellent communication skills Able to take direction Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Flexible schedule Reliable transportation
