Duties Do daily dining room checks to ensure staff is ready for service (cleaning and stocking bathrooms, vacuuming floors, etc.) Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards Ensure all deliveries are put away in a timely and organized manner. Help with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, knife skills, and kitchen operations to prevent accidents or contamination Requirements Prior experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in food service environments such as restaurants or catering is advantageous Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a busy kitchen setting Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting staff Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary world!
