Job Description

Location:
Sonoma County, CA Salary:
$90,000-$100,000 base salary

M/D/V, PTO, EAP, family meal, discounts, uniform, education, growth opportunities, relocation assistance A Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant seeks an Events Chef to lead on- and off-site private events and bespoke culinary experiences.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years in Michelin-starred, serious fine dining, or highly refined restaurant environments. Minimum 2+ years of culinary management experience in fine dining or upscale dining. Experience with private dining, luxury events, off-site culinary experiences, or tasting menu environments. Ability and willingness to complete a 2-3 day paid stage / working interview.
Responsibilities:
Lead culinary execution for on-site events, off-site events, private dining, buyouts, collaborations, and activations. Partner with culinary leadership and event teams on custom menus, preparation, timing, staffing, and service standards. Support the main kitchen with prep, service, production, and operational needs when events are not active. Maintain Michelin Star standards for quality, precision, organization, hospitality, safety, and teamwork.
