In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that delight our guests and uphold our standards of excellence. Your expertise will ensure smooth kitchen operations, maintain food safety protocols, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate. Oversee food production processes, including portion control, presentation, and adherence to recipes. Supervise kitchen staff during shifts, providing guidance on food handling, safety procedures, and efficient workflow. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations at all times. Collaborate with the menu planning team to develop innovative dishes that meet guest expectations and dietary requirements. Lead catering and banquet food preparation efforts for large events, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Requirements Proven experience in the kitchens with a strong background in food production and culinary techniques. Have strong experience in cooking Asian food. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment. Extensive banquet experience, including large-scale event catering and special functions. Knowledge of dietary department standards, food safety protocols, and inventory management systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively. Excellent skills in food preparation, cooking, menu planning, and kitchen management. Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
