Full Job Description Location:
Sunnyvale, CA Salary:
$85K-$95

Standard benefits; open to relocation The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in overseeing daily culinary operations for a full-service hotel property in Sunnyvale. This role helps ensure consistent food quality, efficient kitchen operations, and strong team leadership across restaurant service, banquets, and hotel food and beverage programming. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen organization, and food safety standards Ability to lead, train, and motivate culinary teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting Responsibilities Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and service execution Assist with inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and food cost control initiatives Train and mentor kitchen staff while maintaining sanitation standards and operational efficiency
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
