  • Overview We are seeking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and food preparation, with a flair for creativity and a commitment to excellence in food service. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while leading and mentoring kitchen staff. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Manage food preparation processes, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Lead and train kitchen staff in culinary techniques, kitchen management, kitchen safety practices, and teamwork. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events such as banquets and catering functions. Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to promote a safe working environment. Experience Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, food handling techniques, and food service management principles. Experience in catering services and banquet operations is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. A passion for cooking and an eagerness to innovate within the culinary arts.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
