Footers Catering is hiring Catering Chefs to help power our production kitchen and execute exceptional experiences across Colorado. This role blends innovation, teamwork, and hands-on execution from daily production to the excitement of live events. Salary Range:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Shift Meals Requirements 1+ year of culinary or kitchen experience (catering or high volume kitchens preferred) Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail Ability to work in both production kitchen and live event environments Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for travel to off site events Positive, team oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset Interest in developing culinary skills and growing into leadership over time •We are also looking specifically for pastry skills and on-site leadership experience with additional pay and growth opportunities available! Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in the production kitchen following established recipes and quality standards Execute event menus with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, portioning, and plating Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth production and successful event execution Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and assist with menu development and testing About Us Footers Catering and Social Capitol Venue are at the forefront of the event and hospitality industry.
