The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for cooking and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing food items, following recipes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing quality service. Most importantly, we need somebody who has a great attitude, a great work ethic, and is motivated to learn all aspects of the restaurant. Your help will be compensated with great wages, daily family meal, Tip out, and plenty of outlets to learn whatever your passion may be. We're constantly seeking out new farms, new products, and new vendors to work with to bring the best of Colorado to the table. You will be instrumental in assisting the chef & team with menu development, and creating new vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
Prepare food according to recipes and instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Monitor food quality and freshness.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
Keep track of food inventory and order supplies as needed.
Communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals.
